How to Use

  1. Select your Connection Type (Residential/Government, Commercial, Bulk/Wholesale, etc.).
  2. Select your Pipe Size. Minimum charge is applied automatically based on pipe size.
  3. Enter your water use in either of these ways:
    • Option A: Enter Consumption in Cubic Meter (CuM) directly (e.g., 25).
    • Option B: Enter Previous Reading and Present Reading — CuM will auto-compute.
  4. If you have a previous balance, enter it under Arrears Amount (optional).
  5. If Senior Citizen discount applies, tick Senior Citizen Discount (7%).
  6. Click Compute Bill to view the full breakdown above.
